All you need to do is editing your registry. This is the step :
1. Go to Start > Run (or Windows key + R).
2. Type regedit and hit enter.
3. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Yahoo > Pager > Test
4. Right click and add new DWORD value.
5. Give the name of the DWORD.
6. Right click on the DWORD and and choose modify.
7. Give 1 on the value data.
8. Close the editor and you can use multi yahoo messenger now.
